Bikes & Labour Warranty
We carry Bicycles for City and Recreational Riding such as hybrids, comfort, cruisers, childrens, trail and mountain bicycles. A few of the brand name bikes which we stock are: Electra, Rocky Mountain, Opus, Miele, KHS and Norco.
New bicycles purchased at West Side Cycle are sold with the manufacturer's warranty plus a West Side Cycle Labour Warranty from the date of purchase for either 90 days or up to 1 year.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective part where the repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty extends from the date of purchase and is offered only to the original owner and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to bicycles purchased at West Side Cycle and proof of purchase is required to activate the warranty.
Your new bicycle purchased at West Side Cycle must be registered with the Bicycle manufacturer before a warranty claim on bicycle parts, repairs and service can be processed.
